Refund Policy

At Epiphanie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Downloadable software or digital products

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
